El Auto-control * Self-control

 Entonces, soy una persona normal, y yo Lucho con el control de mi mismo a veces. OK realmente, muchas veces. Como dias cuando yo quiero comer una galleta mas de lo que debe, yo lo hare por que no tengo el control de mi mismo. O cuando pongp enoja con mi companera porque ella es mas asombrosa de yo. o cuando tengo que ejerserme en las mananas pero tengo sueno tambien-  así que en vez de saltar a la cuerda que sólo estirar y trato de convencer a sus ayudarme a quemar calorías. Si- a veces estoy mal por tener el control de mi mismo. En vez de actuar y ser asombrosa, no hare y no soy asombrosa. Me pregunto a mi mismo y mi companera quien me esucha todo el tiempo- ¿Cómo se puede ganar auto-control?  Pienso hay muchas libros en el mundo que  estan afirmando la capacidad para ayudar a ganar a alguien auto-control. Pero solo hay una persona que puede ayudar todos de nosotros con la entendemiento que necesitamos tener. JESUCRISTO. El es  la clave para la auto-maestría. Si dejamos ir de nuestro orgullo y poner nuestras vidas en los manos de Jesucritso, nos va aconstruir para ser mejores hombres y mujeres. Mejores Hijos de Dios.

El auto-control en todos sus aspectos ES POSIBLE.  Pero yo se que la unica manera que podemos obtener el auto-control es mediante nuestro Salvador JESUCRISTO. Porque el sufrio por nuestros pecados se cierra la brecha entre la perfección y nuestras imperfecciones. El nos bendicira  con la capicdad para hacer todas las cosas.

 Yo se que si seguimos el ejemple de Jesucristo vamos a obtener la capacidad de hacer todas las cosas que Dios  nos pide que hagamos.  Y si segiumos Jesucristo vamos a obtener La vida eterna y la abilidad de tener auto-control. Aun que no se todos los pasos tengo que tomar para obtener el control de mi misimo, se que si suigo el ejemplo de Jesucristo voy a ganar todos los abilidades que Mi Padre Celestial quiere.  Ustedes pueden obtener sus metas por sus vidas tambien. Pero solo es mediante Jesucristo que ustedes pueden ganarlos.

 

So being a normal person and all, I struggle with self-control sometimes. Ok like a lot of the time. Like days when I want to eat one more cookie than I should...so I do.. cause I am missing that self-control. Or maybe that day that I get a little to angry at my companion cause she is so much cooler than me. Or when I need to do morning exercises but I am super tired so instead of jump rope I just stretch and try to convince myself its helping me burn calories. Ya- some times I am lousy at having self-control. Instead of choosing to act and be awesome, I just don't and then I am not so awesome. I wonder to myself and my poor companion who has to listen to me blab all the time- How does one gain self-control? I am sure there are handfuls of books in the world, claiming the ability to help a person gain self-control. But there is only one person who has ever lived that can bless us with the understanding that we need. JESUS CHRIST. He is the key to self-mastery. If we let go of our pride and put our lives in his hands he will build us to become better men and women. Better children of God.

Self-control with all its many aspects IS POSSIBLE. But I know that the only way we can achieve it is through our Savior Jesus Chrsit. Because he suffered for our sins he bridges the gap between perfection and our imperfection. He will bless us with the capabilities to do all he asks.

 I know that as we strive to follow the example of our savior Jesus Christ we will be blessed with the capabilities we need to obtain self-control and eternal happiness. Even though I don't understand all the steps it's going to take to obtain Self-control, I know if I strive to become more like my savior, I will gain the abilities that my father in Heaven wants me to have.  You also may obtain the goals you have in life. But it is only through the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ that they will be reached.
