Never ending

Sometimes you hit that moment in your life when you don't really want to keep going. Whether its so good that you want life to stay the same, or its so hard that you don't think you have the strength to continue. Either way life continues whether you want it to or not. Something that I have noticed in both situations is that Gods love is there to guide us. Gods Love is NEVER ENDING. From the beginnings of our life's story to the happily ever afters- Gods hand is in all of it. So when you hit those bumps, or in some cases those huge caverns of darkness that seem never ending- remember- Gods love is there. When life is fun and happy and everything is going right- remember- Gods love is there. NO matter your race, age, challenges, family life, hair color, job, clothing style, or favorite breakfast cereal- GOD LOVES YOU.  He sent His son JESUS CHRIST to save our imperfect lives. BE NOT AFRAID because Christ is with us. As we follow Him we see the world as He does. We see the moments when it could have gone our way, but it went Gods way and it all ended the way it should. In the moments when we were weak and felt alone, we will see that Christ carried us to the next day. We will see the tender mercies and the sweet miracles that have blessed our souls. We will see ourselves as Children of our Heavenly Father. Never forget that God loves you, and that His love is NEVER ENDING. 

A veces usted golpea ese momento en su vida cuando usted realmente no quiere seguir adelante. Si es tan bueno que quiere la vida para permanecer igual, o es tan duro que no piensa usted tiene la fuerza para continuar. De cualquier manera la vida sigue si se quiere que o no. Algo que he notado que tanto en el amor situaciones Dioses está ahí para guiarnos. El Amor de Dios NUNCA ACABAR. Desde los inicios de la historia de nuestra vida a la feliz para siempre-Dioses mano está en todo. Así que cuando usted golpea los golpes, o en algunos casos esas enormes cavernas de la oscuridad que nunca parecen que terminan - Recuerda-el amor de Dios está ahí. Cuando la vida es divertida y feliz y todo va bien-recuerda-El amor de Dios está ahí. No importa su raza, edad, desafíos, la vida familiar, color de pelo, trabajo, estilo de ropa, o el desayuno favorito de los cereales-Dios te ama. Él envió a Su Hijo JESUCRISTO para salvar nuestras vidas imperfectas. No tenga temor, Cristo está con nosotros. Como lo seguimos, vemos el mundo como Él lo hace. Vemos los momentos en los que podría haber ido a nuestra manera, pero fue Dios así y todo terminó de la manera adecuada. En los momentos en los que eran débiles y se sentía solo, vamos a ver que Cristo nos ha llevado al día siguiente. Vamos a ver las tiernas y dulces que los milagros han bendecido nuestras almas. Nos vemos a nosotros mismos como hijos de nuestro Padre Celestial. Nunca olvides que Dios te ama, y que SU AMOR NUNCA TERMINA.

I may be crazy but...

Has there ever been a time in your life when you weren't 100% sure if you had all your marbles? That maybe you might have left your brain somewhere and you aren't sure where it is? Ahhh! Yes, you have too? Well today is one of those days for me, and I am loving it! Life tells us that we should look at all the options, that you should always have a back-up plan and that you should be ready just in case you fail. I have thought about this a lot.  Greatness is something we are born with, we just have to find it. If we must look at all the things that could go wrong we would never even make it out of bed. I figured out a while back that negativity isn't something you have to listen too. It can be ignored and your life will continue. But Satan works hard and tries with all His might to keep us down, to prevent us from remembering said greatness. He's wrong. We are truly Daughters and Sons of God. I feel crazy for saying it, because its still new for me but - Let go of that possiblity of it not happening. Let go of the if's. Focus on the Positive. Say no! To the voice inside your head that tells you that you can't. Remember that you are have divine worth, you are royalty in the Kingdom of God.  Christ has made the path clear and has blessed us with a new start. Take it today! Follow your Savior, let Him lift you to greatness!

Si  puede

Ha habido alguna vez un tiempo en su vida cuando usted no estaba 100% seguro de si tenía todas sus canicas? Eso tal vez podría haber dejado el cerebro en algún lugar y no está seguro de dónde está? ¡Ahhh! Sí, usted tiene también? Pues bien, hoy es uno de esos días para mí, y me encanta! La vida nos dice que debemos mirar todas las opciones, que siempre debe tener un plan de copia de seguridad y que debería estar listo en caso de que falle. He pensado mucho sobre esto. La grandeza es algo que se nace, sólo tenemos que encontrarlo. Si tenemos que mirar todas las cosas que podrían salir mal que ni siquiera lo haría salir de la cama. Me di cuenta hace un tiempo que la negatividad no es algo que tienes que escuchar también. Se puede ser ignorado y su vida va a continuar. Pero Satanás trabaja duro y trata con todas sus fuerzas para mantenernos abajo, que nos impida recordar la grandeza que tenemos dentro de nosotros. Está equivocado. Estamos verdaderamente Hijos e Hijas de Dios. Me siento loca por decir que, todavía esta idea esta nuevo para mí, pero - ¡Suelta ese posibilidad de que no suceda. Dejar de lado lo negativo. Centrarse en lo positivo. Di no! A la voz dentro de tu cabeza que le dice que no se puede. Recuerde que usted tiene un valor divino, son la realeza en el Reino de Dios. Cristo ha hecho el camino claro y nos ha bendecido con un nuevo comienzo. Tome hoy mismo! Sigue a su Salvador, que Él se levanta a la grandeza!

Impossible is not a word

Luke 1:37- "  For with God nothing shall be impossible"

This has been the theme inside my heart my whole mission. With God anything is possible. At the beginning of my mission I didn't really believe that. Just being honest. Its hard to get past all your doubts and fears and opinions to find the real truth about life and then to feel it deep in your heart. As time passed God proved to me that it is true. As we put our Faith in our Savior and His redeeming love God changes our hearts; we become possible. Our desires, our hopes, our dreams- It all becomes possible. I testify that as we give the Lord our lives He changes us to become great. Its not easy. In fact its going to be really, really hard. But so so WORTH IT.

Actuar como si fuera imposible fracasar

Lucas 1:37  "Porque ninguna cosa es imposible para Dios."

Este ha sido el tema dentro de mi corazón toda mi misión. Con Dios todo es posible. Al principio de mi misión en realidad no creo eso. Sólo por ser honesto. Es difícil de superar todas sus dudas y temores y opiniones para encontrar la verdad real sobre la vida y luego de sentir en lo profundo de su corazón. Al pasar el tiempo que Dios me demostró que es cierto. Al poner nuestra fe en nuestro Salvador y su amor redentor de Dios cambia nuestros corazones, llegamos a ser posible. Nuestros deseos, nuestras esperanzas, nuestros sueños-Todo es posible. Testifico que le damos al Señor nuestras vidas que nos transforma para convertirse en grande. No es fácil. De hecho va a ser muy, muy difícil. Pero lo que VALE LA PENA.

Daddy

One of the most amazing Men on the earth. I've never met anyone who has gone through so many trials and has stayed so strong. I am so grateful that My Heavenly Father blessed me to have such an amazing example in my life. He's a rock. Whenever I have those moments in life when I loose my footing and I need someone to help me- he's the one I call upon. From Gardening tips to life advice, He's the king in guiding me to find sure footing.
   I remember a few months ago I had had a crazy day. I was blessed to recieve an e-mail from him. He made me laugh. It was exactly what I needed. A few years ago I had a really hard time with something, once again he was there. He has always loved me for who I am and has always helped me understand who I can become. He never doubts me or what I am capable of. He's my Daddy. He's my Hero. He's my best friend.
   Wheneve I think of dads I think of the scripture in John 3:16 " God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son..." Our Heavenly Fathr loved us so much that he gave us His Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior. He did this so we could all have the opportunity to make it back to him. Christ suffered for all of our sins so we could have the opportunity to live with our Families forever.
   So for all you fathers our there, especially mine- THANK YOU! Thank you for teaching your children as Christ taught us. Thank you for loving them, supporting them, and giving them hope. And most of all, thank you for not giving up on us, for encouraging us and guiding us to sure footing. You are all amazing!!

Just Run

There are a lot of moments in the day when I am excited, or tired or upset when I just want to run 10 miles. Some may call me crazy but there is something absolutely magical about hitting the pavement with your feet and feeling the wind pass your face as you  push yourself and go farther than you ever have gone before. When I run I am not competing against anyone else, I am just me.
    Change comes from inside. Before my mission I had a huge desire to run a marathon. I love running now, but I promise you before it was punishment. I was the chubby kid in 6th grade who pretended to twist there ankle so I didn't have to run the mile. I have asthma, I was out of shape,  my legs were to short- my excuses to get out of exercising were limitless. Then God helped me. He changed my heart. He helped me see the importance of keeping the only body I have healthy. He blessed me with desire.
     Training for an athletic event when you have never been an athlete can get a little out of hand. Luckily I had a lot of books to research about running techniques and skilled people who helped me on the way. Trial and error were my constant companions, but so were excitement and Joy.  Although I had a lot of pain, a lot of mistakes I was going farther every day, and my goals were being met. I realized I could accomplish everything. BUT- there 2 keys to the success I had. ACTION and PRAYER. I knew I had to act on the things I learned and that I had to include God because there was no way I could do it alone.
    Often in life it seems we forget those 2 keys. Thinking of doing something can be a lovely pastime for ourselves, but it gets us nowhere. So Get up!!! Go do what you have always wanted to do. Let God help you get there and be the best you there is. Don't let fear stop you. Overcome those obstacles and  become the champion within.

Hay un montón de momentos en el día en que me siento muy emocionada o cansada o molesta cuando yo sóla quiero correr 10 millas. Algunos pueden llamarme loca, pero hay algo absolutamente mágico acerca de golpear el pavimento con los pies y sentir el viento pasar a su cara como usted se empuja y van más lejos de lo que nunca han ido antes. Cuando corro no estoy compitiendo contra nadie, yo soy sóla yo.
     El cambio viene desde adentro. Antes de mi misión que tenía un gran deseo de correr un maratón. Me encanta correr ahora, pero le prometo que antes de que fuera un castigo. Yo era  gordita en el 6 º grado que pretendía torcer el tobillo existe, así que no tuve que correr la milla. Tengo asma, estaba fuera de forma, mis piernas estaban a corto, mis excusas para salir de ejercicio eran ilimitadas. Entonces Dios me ayudó. Él cambió mi corazón. Él me ayudó a ver la importancia de mantener el cuerpo único que tengo sano. Él me bendijo con el deseo.
     Formación para un evento deportivo cuando usted nunca ha sido un atleta puede conseguir un poco loco. Por suerte tenía un montón de libros a la investigación sobre las técnicas de funcionamiento y su personal especializado que me ayudaron en el camino. Ensayo y error fueron mis compañeros constantes, pero también lo eran el entusiasmo y la alegría. A pesar de que tenía mucho dolor, una gran cantidad de errores que iba más lejos cada día, y mis metas, están cumpliendo. Me di cuenta que podía lograr todo. PERO, hay 2 claves para el éxito que tenía. ACCION y LA ORACION. Yo sabía que tenía que actuar sobre las cosas que aprendí y que he tenido que incluir a Dios porque no había manera de que pudiera hacerlo sola.
    A menudo en la vida parece nos olvidamos de las 2 llaves. Pensando en hacer algo puede ser un pasatiempo encantador para nosotros mismos, sino que nos lleva a ninguna parte. Así que levántase! Ve a hacer lo que siempre ha querido hacer. Que Dios le ayude a llegar allí y ser lo mejor que hay. No deje que el miedo le detenga. Superar esos obstáculos y convertirse en el campeón del interior.

We Choose Our Destiny

Up and down...sounds like life right? OK, so life for me before my mission was super UP and then super DOWN. I always let my circumstances control me. If something silly happened like I didn't get all my change back from the cashier, or I forgot to do my homework, or even if I had a really bad hair day- it would ruin my whole entire day. Bleh! I was super unhappy. My mood would change like the weather in Kentucky. If you don't like the weather here, just stay till tomorrow and it will change.
    While I have been on my mission, I have realized that I HAVE A CHOICE. My circumstances do not control me. Its amazing how things in life come alive when you choose to use your agency. Agency is the gift that God has given us to choose for ourselves. Our circumstances to not need to keep us from becoming great. That is our decision.  If I am unhappy today, that's my choice. If I do the best I can and soar to the skies- Yep- still my choice. So if you have been living your life in a melancholy way, if you tend to blame others for your failures, or you don't feel like you have a choice about what direction your life is going please remember this:

"Brethren, within the confines of whatever circumstances we find ourselves, we will always have the right to choose....Decisions are constantly before us. To make them wisely, courage is needed—the courage to say no, the courage to say yes. Decisions do determine destiny..." President Thomas S. Monson

 We are a blessed people. We are Children of God. We choose our Destiny. So get up and Go! DO! Go and do the things you thought you weren't strong enough, or bold enough to do. You are Magnificent, and you hold the Power in your hands to choose for yourself. Christ suffered for all of us so we could repent and return to God. Don't let go of this opportunity. It is never to late to start living. 

Las Decisionses Determinan Duestro Destino

 

Elija Su Vida

Arriba y abajo ... suena como el derecho la vida? Aceptar, por lo que la vida para mí antes de que mi misión era súper súper arriba y luego abajo. Siempre dejo que mis circunstancias me controlan a mí. Si sucedió algo tonto como yo no obtuvieron todo mi dinero en el cajero, o me olvidé de hacer mi tarea, o incluso si tenía un pelo muy mal el día que arruinaría mi día entero. Bleh! Yo no estaba súper feliz. Mi estado de ánimo que cambian como el tiempo en Kentucky. Si no te gusta el tiempo aquí, quédate hasta mañana y se va a cambiar.

     Aunque he estado en mi misión, me he dado cuenta de que tengo una opción. Mis circunstancias no me controlan a mí. Es increíble cómo las cosas en la vida cobran vida cuando se decide usar su agencia. Agencia es el don que Dios nos ha dado a elegir por nosotros mismos. Nuestras circunstancias no es necesario que nos impiden convertirse en grande. Esa es nuestra decisión. Si no estoy satisfecho hoy en día, esa es mi elección. Si lo hago lo mejor que puedo y se elevan a los cielos -Sí, todavía mi decisión. Así que si usted ha estado viviendo su vida de una manera melancólica, si usted tiende a culpar a otros por sus fracasos, o no te sientes como si tuvieras una elección acerca de lo que la dirección de su vida va por favor recuerde lo siguiente:

     "Hermanos, dentro de los confines de cualquier circunstancia en la que nos encontremos, siempre tendremos el derecho de elegir.....Constantemente tenemos decisiones ante nosotros. A fin de tomarlas sabiamente, se necesita valor, el valor para decir no, y el valor para decir sí. Las decisiones sí determinan nuestro destino.... "  Presidente Thomas S. Monson

  Somos un pueblo bendecido. Somos hijos de Dios. Nosotros elegimos nuestro destino. Así que levántese y vaya! HAGALO! Ve y haz las cosas que pensé que no eran lo suficientemente fuertes, o lo suficientemente audaz para hacerlo. Usted es magnífico, y que tienen el poder en sus manos para elegir por ti mismo. Cristo sufrió por todos nosotros para que pudiéramos arrepentirnos y regresar a Dios. No dejes pasar esta oportunidad. Nunca es tarde para empezar a vivir.

Go Further

 Have you ever noticed that you can work out one day and sweat, and give it all you have but you still wont have a six pack the very next day? Disappointing, I know, I too wish that only doing 50 sit ups and 2 pull ups would give me some sweet biceps and hard core abs. Life as it seems lets us learn Patience, even if we would rather not.
       I am working on getting just one pull up by the end of the next 6 weeks. To some that may seem an easy feat, to others, like me, its the hardest thing ever .Ha! I learned from running the Ogden Marathon, that physical fitness has more than just one part. There is more than just the physical exercise. You must eat the right foods so your body has the ability to refuel and fix itself, and you have to have the right mentality. In my heart I know that Physical fitness is 10% physical and 90% mental. You have to choose to give it your all, and the battle is already won. I have learned that not doing your best wastes time and uses up more energy than giving it all you have. Mediocrity in the end is futile. That is why I am so grateful for the example of my Savior. He taught us by example that patience is worth having. He taught us that giving your whole heart to Him would be more worth it in the end than mediocrity. I find strength and faith in Him as I do my best, because I am not alone. That is how it is with all things in my life, not just when I am trying to do a pull up.
      So for all the people out there trying to reach there goals- I implore you to look to your Savior and don't give up. Dig deep, go further then you ever have before. Give it all you got and leave nothing left. Focus your life on Him and I promise you, that he will make you a better you than you ever could alone.

¿Alguna vez ha notado que se puede trabajar un día y el sudor, y darle todo lo que tiene, pero aún no tendrá un paquete de seis al día siguiente? Decepcionante, lo sé, yo también deseo que sólo haciendo 50 sentadillas y 2 tirón sube me daría unos bíceps y abdominales dulces núcleo duro. La vida, ya que parece nos permite aprender a tener paciencia, aunque preferiría no hacerlo.
       Estoy trabajando en conseguir un solo tire hacia arriba al final de las próximas 6 semanas. Para algunos esto puede parecer una tarea fácil, para otros, como yo, es el más difícil que nunca. ¡Ja! Me enteré  de correr la Maratón de Ogden, que la condición física tiene algo más que una parte. No es más que el ejercicio físico. Usted debe comer los alimentos adecuados para que su cuerpo tiene la capacidad para abastecerse de combustible y fijar en sí, y usted tiene que tener la mentalidad correcta. En mi corazón sé que la aptitud física es 10% físico y mental del 90%. Tienes que elegir a dar todo, y la batalla está ganada ya. He aprendido que no está haciendo su mejor pérdida de tiempo y consume más energía que le da todo lo que tienes. La mediocridad al final es inútil. Es por eso que estoy tan agradecida por el ejemplo de mi Salvador. Él nos enseñó con su ejemplo que la paciencia vale la pena tener. Él nos enseñó que dar todo tu corazón a Él sería más digno de él en el final de la mediocridad. Yo encontro la fuerza y ​​la fe en El como lo mejor de mí, porque yo no soy el único. Eso es lo que pasa con todas las cosas en mi vida, no sólo cuando yo estoy tratando de hacer un levantamiento.
      Así que para todas las personas allá afuera tratando de alcanzar metas no, te suplico que mires a tu Salvador, y no te rindas. Profundizar, a continuación, ir más lejos que nunca antes. Dar todo lo que tienes y dejar la izquierda nada. Enfoca tu vida en él y te prometo, que te hará un mejor de lo que nunca podría por sí solo.
